Folly Theater Rules

Venue Access for Disabilities

At the Folly Theater there is accessibility for wheelchairs in both the entrance and in the accessible seating rows. You can enter the Folly Theater without the use of stairs.

Arrangements must be made in advance for seating in wheelchair accessible rows.

Please note their is no elevator on the premisis, however a wheelchair life can be made available which creates access from the West Lobby to the Shareholder’s Room.

For guests with hearing impairments, the Folly Theater can provide an electronic hearing assistant which can be requested by the house manager or usher on the day of the event.

Bar Areas

During an event taking place at the Folly Theater, there will be a bar service available on site serving both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The bars are located within the West and Upper lobbies.

Please note under no circumstances should the alcoholic beverages be taken off the premises.

Camera Policy

The Folly Theater has a strict no camera or tape recorder policy allowed. This is due to many performers contractual arrangements.

If you do arrive with a camera or tape recorder, please give them to the house manager who will return the item to you after the performance.

Cell Phones & Pagers

Please remember to turn off your cellular phones whilst you are in the theater to avoid any disruptance caused to the performance. 

If you would like to leave a pager aside you can check it in at the Box Office or with house management who will detail the guest name, seat location and page number so it can be returned safely at the end of the event.

Lost and Found

If you have lost an item during your event at the Folly Theater, please contact the Box Office where all lost and found will be kept.

Refunds & Exchanges

General tickets purchased for the Folly Theater events are final apart from if the event has been cancelled.

Tickets cannot be exchanged but for any reason that an event has been postponed, your original tickets will still be valid for the newly rescheduled date.

Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable, even if event has been cancelled.
